This Privacy Notice applies to information collected through PRAUSA.org, including the unified inquiry form, Request to Join submissions, Stay Connected subscriptions, and ordinary technical information generated when visitors use the website. It does not govern third-party websites reached through external links.
Information We Collect
PRAUSA collects information that visitors choose to provide. Depending on the type of inquiry, this may include a name, email address, organization, professional title or role, inquiry category, subject, message, professional profile or website, field of expertise, relevant experience, potential Working Group contribution, media outlet, deadline, requested topic, event information, and consent record.
The website and its service providers may also collect limited technical information, such as Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, referring page, pages visited, date and time, cookie identifiers, security events, and similar usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website.
For Stay Connected subscriptions, PRAUSA collects the subscriber’s email address, consent date, subscription status, confirmation status, and unsubscribe history.
PRAUSA does not request Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial account information, payment-card information, or account passwords through its public inquiry and subscription forms.

Submission of information does not guarantee Working Group participation, access to restricted materials, or an individual response.
How Information Is Shared
PRAUSA does not sell or rent personal information. PRAUSA does not use inquiry-form information for third-party advertising.
Information may be available to PRAUSA personnel and authorized collaborators who need it for the purposes described in this notice. PRAUSA may also use service providers that host the website, process forms, deliver email, maintain subscriber lists, provide analytics, prevent spam, or support website security. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
